It’s the next phase of Project LifeSpan.
Halifax Harbour Bridges says the Macdonald Bridge will be closed overnight from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m., Wednesday and Saturday for the next three weeks.
The closure is to allow crews to build overhead platforms at the Dartmouth Tower.
The pedestrian walkway and cycling lane will remain open.
Work will continue until June 14.
