South end clinic to close, leaving over 4,000 without a doctor

A clinic in the south end of Halifax is about to close it’s doors.

Four family doctors are retiring from the South End Family Practice.

This means at least 4,000 more patients are going to be without a family physician.

In a tweet MLA Lisa Lachance says the doctors asked the government for help to replace them, but with no luck.

The waitlist for a family doctor in our province is already over 133,000.
