A man has been arrested for the homicide of Simon Joseph Morrison.
The 18-year-old was found dead with gunshot wounds at 1:40am on April 16, 2022 on Brunswick Street in Halifax.
A Canada wide arrest warrant was issued Monday, March 6, for, 19-year-old Keishawn Elton Jerius Stephenson of Halifax.
Yesterday, investigators from the Special Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division, with the assistance of York Regional Police, arrested Stephenson in Markham, Ontario.
He is scheduled to appear in Halifax provincial court next week to face a charge of second-degree murder.
