A death after a crash in Hammonds Plains.
RCMP believe a 72-year-old man from the community suffered a medical incident at the wheel Sunday night, and drove through an intersection and into a fire hydrant.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, the corner of Kingswood Drive and Terradore Lane.
The passenger, a 70-year-old woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
