Stolen bicycles recovered in Halifax

Halifax Regional Police are trying to find the owners of about 40 stolen bicycles and scooters.

On the weekend, officers seized bikes, scooters and parts on Barrington Street.

Contact HRP’s Lost and Found Property at 902-490-5232 if your bike was stolen to see if it is among those located.

Police also recommend taking a photo of your bike and record its serial number in case it becomes lost or stolen.

Cyclists can also register for the free 529 Garage program, which can help reunite owners with recovered bicycles.
