Magazine Hill crash involves several vehicles, say police

Windmill Road in Dartmouth has reopened to traffic in both directions after a crash involving multiple vehicles Wednesday morning.

The road on Magazine Hill was temporarily closed and then opened up to one lane before noon.

Halifax Regional Police spokesperson John MacLeod said it’s unclear if anyone was hurt.

He said one of the cars came to rest with a front tire on the concrete barrier in the middle of the road. It’s unclear what caused the car to hit the median, he said.

A collision reconstructionist was on the scene.

The investigation continues.
