A 31-year old man was arrested in Eastern Passage Monday evening for an alleged assault.
Stephan James Patrick Caul appeared in Dartmouth Provincial Court yesterday to face charges of assault with a weapon and failure to comply with conditions of undertaking.
Halifax District RCMP say they responded to a report of a man threatening another man with a knife at a home on Thorncrest Crt.
Police say they located a man on a nearby street after learning he wasn’t supposed to be at the home or have contact with the victim.
There were no injuries.
