If you are heading in or out of Halifax on Highway 102, expect some delays this afternoon.
Crews will be blasting as part of the work on Sackville-Bedford-Burnside connector.
When it is finished, the $210 million project will relieve traffic congestion on Magazine Hill.

It will provide another route to connect Burnside with Bedford and the Trans-Canada Highway via a four-lane highway (just over nine kilometres).
The blasting will take place around 2 p.m. near the Bedford-Sackville section of Highway 102.
