14-year-old charged after uttering threats online, causing hold and secure for Halifax school

A 14-year-old has been charged for uttering threats after a hold and secure at St. Agnes Junior High School in Halifax.

Police say the threats were made online March 24th. The teen was arrested on Federal Avenue and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

This comes after several schools were placed under a hold and secure last week due to threats in the community.

A 15-year-old is facing attempted murder charges after stabbing two staff members at Charles P. Allen in Bedford, one week ago.
