A boil water order remains in effect for some homes in the Middle Musquodobit area.
The order was put in place on Saturday for anyone in the area hooked up to Halifax Water’s system
There are some concerns after a water main break in the community.
Water Halifax Water states the advisory is precautionary.
Residents in the impacted area should boil their water for at least one-minute for:
· drinking (pets included)
· preparing infant formula
· making ice cubes or juices
· washing fruits or vegetables
· cooking
· brushing teeth; or
· any other activity requiring consumption
