Police find human remains believed to be Devon Sinclair Marsman

Police have located what they believe are the remains of Devon Sinclair Marsman.

The 16-year-old went missing in February 2022, and in June that year police started treating it as a suspicious disappearance.
Yesterday police arrested Treyton Alexander Marsman, 26, and charged him with second degree murder, indignation to human remains and obstructing justice.
Police also arrested a 20-year-old man. He’s charged with accessory after the fact and obstructing justice.

However, he was a youth at the time of the offence, so his name is under a publication ban.
Officers expect to arrest more people in the case, but they say they do not believe this is related to any gang activity.
The investigation continues.
