Update: Man critically injured after late night stabbing on Gottingen

A 45-year-old man has life-threatening injuries after a stabbing on Gottingen Street in Halifax.

Police say it happened on the 2000 block around 11:15 p.m., Thursday.

The victim and suspect don’t know each other but had been arguing before the incident happened.

If you have any information or video from the area of Cragg Avenue to Gottingen and Buddy Daye Streets between 10 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., you are asked to call police at 902-490-5020.
