Free vaccines at Black health and wellness immunization clinics

Black health and wellness immunization clinics are being held in the province.

In a release, Nova Scotia Health says these culturally specific clinics will enable Black and African Nova Scotians to ask questions and receive vaccinations in a place that feels familiar and respectful.

Routine vaccines and testing are free and available to people aged 6 months and older who are eligible. Learn more about seasonal vaccines and eligibility here.

Among upcoming clinic locations are these in the Halifax Regional Municipality:

  • The Islamic Association of Nova Scotia, 42 Leaman Drive, Dartmouth on Saturday, November 29 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
