The Serious Incident Response Team is seeking video of an interaction involving the Halifax Regional Police and a woman.
It happened on Robie Street on July 16th at about 6:20 p.m.
Investigators say eyewitnesses and video footage indicate that a male pedestrian may have cell phone video footage of the incident.
He has dark hair, glasses, and was wearing a blazer and bowtie.
