The Newfoundland QMJHL Team Will Be Known As The ‘Newfoundland Regiment’

The word is out what the new Newfoundland QMJHL will be called!

Announced earlier this afternoon, the franchise moving from Bathurst, N.B. will be known as the Newfoundland Regiment:

The team will start to play out of St. John’s in the fall for the 2025-26 season. Thoughts on the name and logo?
