The Parade of Lights Returns Tomorrow Night!

The 26th Holiday Parade of Lights is back tomorrow night! Put on your masks, mittens, hats, and kick start the holiday season with some fantastic family fun… a parade and a visit from the big guy in the red suit! In the spirit of the holiday season, FEED Nova Scotia will be collecting non-perishable food and cash donations along the route.
As part of COVID-19 protocols, all participants, volunteers, and spectators are strongly recommended to wear a face mask at all times during the event. With the ongoing construction on Spring Garden Road, the parade route has been altered just a bit. It will start along Upper Water Street and continue along Barrington and up Spring Garden and then to the adjusted Queen Street turn and up Morris to University by the IWK to the end of the route. Here are a few pictures from the last Parade of Lights in 2019 with the Hot Country Christmas Crew:
It’s great to see the official start of the Christmas season return to Halifax and watch out for the Hot Country Christmas Crew in the parade this Saturday starting at 6!
See ya there and give us a big wave!
