Congratulations to Rhyah Stewart who is goaltender with the Cape Breton West Islanders U-18 hockey team.
Rhyah plays out of the Al MacInnis Sports Centre in Port Hood, Cape Breton and has been invited to the Cape Breton Eagles preseason camp!
The 17-year-old joins a very exclusive list of females who have had the chance to tryout for a QMJHL team.
She’s put up some impressive numbers over here career.
Congrats Rhyah and good luck at Eagles Camp in August in Sydney! Hopefully someday I’ll get to announce your name at a Halifax Mooseheads game!
