The IWK Telethon is back this weekend.
Saturday night from 7 to 9pm there will be a Tribute Show featuring Neon Dreams, Reeny Smith, Wolf Castle, Ian Janes and more at the Lighthouse Arts Centre.
Sunday from 10am to 6pm is the main event where you can see local patient stories on CTV.
And yes, Steve Murphy will be back.

My wife Roxanne is one of the IWK Telethon Producers.
Both our boys were born at the IWK and had major tune ups as babies, one with hydronephrosis, kidney swelling, and the other a Wilms’ tumour, children’s kidney cancer so we spent a lot of time there in the 1990’s.
They are now both healthy young men at 27 and 30 years old, thanks to the IWK.
