Barbara Adams appointed as Nova Scotia Justice Minister

Premier Tim Houston has appointed Barbara Adams as Justice Minister.

The former minister Brad Johns resigned on Friday after he reconceived backlash for saying he doesn’t believe domestic violence is an epidemic.

Adams will take on the role of Justice Minister in addition to her role as Minister of Seniors and Long-term Care, according to a news release from the premier’s office.
