The construction work zone has been removed.
Resurfacing on the almost 13-kilometre stretch began at the end of April to install high-performance asphalt designed to withstand demanding maritime conditions, including high humidity, temperature variations and exposure to de-icing salts.
It’s the largest modernization project undertaken on the bridge since its opening in 1997.
