A Halifax man has serious injuries after a collision in Eastern Passage.
RCMP say it was on Main Rd, November 10 around 11:30pm.
A Toyota Tacoma was travelling on the road, when it hit a construction worker who was painting yellow traffic lines in a construction zone.
The 59-year-old victim was taken to hospital.
The driver, a 36-year-old man was not injured, but was taken into custody.
He has been released and will appear in court next month facing charges of Operation of a Conveyance 80mg% or over and Impaired Operation of a Conveyance Causing Bodily Harm.
