Flood damage closes Dartmouth North library, community centre for months

It’s going to be awhile longer before you are able to use the Dartmouth North Community Centre and Dartmouth North Public Library.

The city says both sustained significant flood damage in March and restoration work is going to take months.

All rec summer programs at the community centre will be at the Gerald B. Gray Arena or a nearby school in HRM.

Information will be sent to anyone registered.

As for the library, there will be temporary service from a portable unit where the library is.

More information can be found on their website, or you call 311.
