Former Halifax Mooseheads Coach Is Heading to the Stanley Cup Final

Congratulations for former Halifax Mooseheads head coach Dom Ducharme who is headed to the NHL Stanley Cup Final.

Dom is now an assistant coach with the Vegas Golden Knights.

Tuesday night the Knights completed a sweep of Cole Harbour’s Nathan MacKinnon and the Colorado Avalanche with a 2-1 victory in Vegas to become Western Conference Champions, by the way they did not touch the trophy.

This is Vegas’ third trip to the Cup final in nine years, they won Lord Stanley’s mug in 2023.

Dom won both the President Cup and Memorial Cup here in 2013 with the Halifax Mooseheads.

Good luck from Moose Country in the finals, Dom!
