Halifax Regional Police are investigating a suspicious fire in Dartmouth overnight.
Police were called to a home on Walker Street for a report that two vehicles were on fire shortly before 1 a.m.
Investigators determined six vehicles were damaged by fire, including four that were parked in a residence and two on the street.
They believe the fire was deliberately set. Police describe the suspect as a white man, approximately 6’ tall, who was wearing cargo shorts.
Police say an older model, dark coloured Toyota Corolla was seen leaving the area and may be connected.
