Halifax Regional Police say the search for a missing 30-year-old man has wrapped up near Chocolate Lake.
Police confirm the man has been located and is safe.
“HRP thanks the public and media for their concern and assistance,” a news release says.
Investigators along with Halifax Fire and Emergency and Ground Search and Rescue were searching near the Armdale roundabout throughout Thursday morning.
Police reported the man had last been seen overnight in the area of Armshore Drive and Herring Cove Road.
They asked the public to stay away while they conducted the search.
