1 RUN is a 5 km charity-run event dedicated to raising crucial funds for cancer research at the QE2.
This event was created by three members of the Dalhousie Football Team in support of their teammate Grayson Domingues, who has been battling cancer for the past two years.
I had a chat with the organizers, Noah Stevens, Louie Fiset and Owen Hamilton-White, have a listen below.
One Run takes place this Saturday, August 24th at 1pm at Shubie Park here in Dartmouth, you can enjoy a fun family day and help out a great cause and the weather looks great with sun and 27.
This event empowers participants to define their “One Run” in honor of anyone in their lives affected by cancer, allowing each runner to bring a personal touch to their participation.
