It’s The Toronto Blue Jays Opening Day

The Toronto Blue Jays are just a couple of hours away from getting things going on their 2025 season!

The Blue Jays home opener is set for this afternoon at the SkyDome, yes, I still call it that, against the Baltimore Orioles, with the first pitch at 4:07pm from Jose Berrios on the mound.

It’s Toronto’s first MLB Opening Day at home since 2022 which will begins a seven-game stretch with Baltimore for four games then three facing the Washington Nationals.

The opening ceremonies today will feature 225 Canadian soldiers who will carry a giant Canadian flag while the national anthem will be sung by the Toronto Production on Disney’s the Lion King.

Dan Shulman and former Jays catcher Buck Martinez will be back in the broadcast booth for the play-by-play.

The Jays had a great spring training record, so play ball and GO JAYS GO!
