A 21-year-old man is facing impaired driving charges after crashing his vehicle into a Dartmouth restaurant.
Police say it happened Saturday around 11:25 p.m. at Sam’s Seafood and Grill on Gordon Avenue.
The driver, who was the only one in the car was arrested at the scene and taken to hospital with serious injuries.
He is facing these charges:
- Operation of conveyance while impaired to any degree by alcohol or drugs
- Operation of a conveyance while impaired by alcohol over 80mg.
He will appear in court later Monday.
