A man who was found dead on Robie Street was part of a robbery.
Two men broke into a home late last week and were confronted by the person living there in the unit.
The man killed in the fight was identified as 26-year-old Anthony Robert Herritt.
He died from stab wounds and officers found him on the ground near the home.
Police say it’s a complex situation but charges will not be laid against the home owner in relation to the death.
However, the other person involved in the break-in is facing charges.
