There is a police operation underway in Dartmouth.
In a social media post shortly before 9 a.m. on Monday, Halifax Regional Police say officers are conducting an operation in relation to an ongoing investigation.
Police say there is no threat to public safety.
They ask the public to avoid the area to allow officers to investigate.
