Rainfall warning for areas of eastern Nova Scotia

A rainfall warning has been used for part of the province, Tuesday evening.

Environment Canada says it is for Shelburne, Lunenburg, Queens, Halifax Metro and Halifax County West.

The forecaster says 30 to 50 mm is possible. Water could pool on roads, and travel delays are possible.

The system is expected to last until later Tuesday night.
