The Halifax Mooseheads are now fully owned by Simon Sports.
The team announced all minority shares are now controlled by Chair and owner Sam Simon and his son Peter.
Last year, the Simons purchased over 84 percent of the ownership from Bobby Smith.
In a release, the Mooseheads thanked all of their share holders for their long-time dedication.
The father-and-son duo says they want to continue to build on the franchise’s rich tradition, and achieve greater heights and goals.
