A man was seriously injured during an arrest in Halifax.
The Serious Incident Response Team is investigating after the man suffered a broken arm during a struggle with Halifax Regional Police.
It happened on Sunday afternoon after the man allegedly broke into a home.
He was being arrested for multiple breaches of court orders and break and enter.
The man was taken to a prisoner care facility, then transported by EHS to hospital.
