The Clam Harbour Beach Sandcastle Competition Returns

A Nova Scotia summer tradition is back this weekend with the Clam Harbour Beach Sandcastle Competition!

The 42nd annual event will take place this Sunday, August 21st, with gates opening at 9:00am.

The sandcastle and sand sculpturing contest attracts over 10,000 people every year to the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia.

There are cash prizes for various categories for you to win.

It was not permitted to take place over the last two years due to the Provincial Government State of Emergency during the pandemic, so it’s great to see it back on the beach.
