The Halifax Thunderbirds are in the final four.
After defeating Calgary at home last weekend, the Thunderbirds are ready to host Game 1 of the National Lacrosse League semifinal.
They’re taking on the Saskatchewan Rush Saturday night to open the best 2-out-of-3 series.
It’s expected to be another loud night at ‘The Nest,’ nearly 11,000 packed Scotiabank Centre for last weekend’s first-ever playoff game at home.
Games 2 and if necessary 3 would be played next weekend in Saskatchewan.
