A man and a woman are dead after a crash near Beaver Meadow.
RCMP say it happened just before 2:30 p.m., Wednesday in the westbound lanes of Hwy 104 between exits 30 and 31.
A pick up truck towing a trailer rearended an SUV as traffic slowed near a construction zone.
The SUV was pushed forward and hit a semi trailer.
The driver of the SUV, a 67-year-old man, and the passenger a 59-year-old woman both from Paq’tnkek were pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
