Some residents might experience low water pressure due to water main repair work in Lower Sackville.
In an update Monday morning, Halifax Water says efforts to connect the new section of water main to the existing system at the intersection of Cobequid Road and Glendale Avenue are now expected to continue until 6 a.m. on Wednesday.
Residents in the areas of Lower Sackville, Bedford Commons, Waverley, Lakeview, Fall River, and Windsor Junction may be impacted.
They’re asked to voluntarily reduce non-essential water usage to ensure everyone has water when they need it
Halifax Water is advising drivers to avoid the area as the work takes place.
