Youth charged for threats toward Citadel High School

A fifth youth has been charged with uttering threats towards a school.

Halifax Police say the 16-year-old was charged in relation to a threats complaint at Citadel High School on May 2.

Since April 1, 26 separate incidents have been reported about threats of explosive devices in schools in the HRM.

All incidents had messages left in the school, and all were investigated by police with nothing being found.

The youth will appear in court at a later date.
