The Halifax Mooseheads are getting ready for a big weekend with the 2021 version of the QMJHL Entry Draft!
It’ll be held once again virtually for the second consecutive year and starts with the first round on Friday evening at 8pm our time.
The first round will be broadcast live from the QMJHL’s YouTube channel, as well as on Eastlink.
The Herd’s General Manager Cam Russell is armed with back-to-back picks in the first round with the fifth and sixth overall choices.
Over the years the Mooseheads have become a pipeline to the NHL with many players moving on to be big stars.
I’m looking forward to some new names that I’ll have to learn to announce at the games. Who’ll be this years Marty Frk?
