90 new COVID cases, 180 recoveries (May 18)

Nova Scotia is reporting 90 new cases of COVID-19 and 180 recoveries.

There are 64 cases in the Halifax region with the remainder spread out in other zones.

Hospitalizations continue to be an area of concern as there are 103 people in hospital and 25 in intensive care.

In the latest update, the province indicates more than 436,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered with nearly 40,000 having received their second dose

Nova Scotia has 1,345 active cases of COVID-19.
