The 57th Academy of Country Music Awards were handed out last night in Las Vegas!
The two hour show was hosted by the legend herself Dolly Parton and co-hosted by Jimmie Allen and Gabby Barrett who just turned 22 back on Saturday.
Dolly’s first outfit she wore was pretty glittery, she joked saying she looked like a disco ball fell on her!
Some of the big winners were:
Miranda Lambert taking home the prestigious Entertainer of the Year Award. She wasn’t there in person as she’s touring in London, England. Keep listening to Hot Country 1035 to go see the ACM Entertainer of the Year in Toronto!
Carly Pearce won for Female Artist of the Year, I loved it when she ended her speech saying “Mum and Dad, I Did it!”
Male Artist of the year honours went to Chris Stapleton.
Old Dominion won Group of the Year for the 5th straight year!
Duo of the Year went to John and T.J. – The Brothers Osbourne.
Lainey Wilson took home the ACM Song of the Year hardware:
