Another day, another closure. This one hurts Amy’s heart. Heartwood on Quinpool is closing its doors for good.
As a vegan/vegetarian, this was one of the first restaurants I was introduced to in Halifax. Before all other restaurants started offering a plant based option (that wasn’t salad) our options were very scarce. Heartwood was a go to! Now, with them closing and En Vie changing management it’s obvious times are changing.
