Cole Harbour Hockey Stars Make Dream Come True For Humboldt Broncos Survivor

Layne Matechuk who is a survivor of the Humboldt Broncos bus crash had a dream come true last night.

He always wanted to drop the puck during a ceremonial face-off between his two all-time favourite hockey players, Cole Harbour’s Sidney Crosby and Nathan MacKinnon.

Last night it happened in Denver, Colorado as the Colorado Avalanche hosted the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Take a look at the video HERE.

The seventh anniversary of the Humboldt Broncos bus crash is on April 6th.

Great job Layne and the Avs and Pens for making this happen!
