Halifax Still Leads QMJHL Playoff Series With Drummondville

The Halifax Mooseheads fell to Drummondville 4-1 on Tuesday night in Moose Country.

It was close game until late in the 3rd period.

Tantallon’s Quinn Kennedy with the lone Mooseheads goal getting a loud rumble of cheers from the 6,283 fans in the stands with a little over two minutes left in regulation.

A pair of goals from Bridgewater’s Luke Woodworth for the Voltigeurs had his family and friends of a crew of about 75 cheering loudly in the south end of the rink up from the South Shore.

Halifax still leads the best of 7 series 2-1.

Game 4 is tonight (Wednesday), and Game 5 will be held in Moose Country on Friday night, both with 7pm puck drops.

Tonight, the Herd hope to take a commanding 3-1 series lead.
