O negative blood donation number 56 is in the books in time for the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Thanks to nurses Stephanie and Sara for taking care of me at the Canadian Blood Services on Bayers Road in Halifax.

Thanks to my radio buddy John for reaching out to say thanks for my donations over the years, as he needed a couple of transfusions in his cancer battle.
