One of our vacation highlights last week was taking the annual summer drive down to Peggy’s Cove.
The construction is coming along nicely with the fully accessible viewing deck below almost done.
The new washrooms below on the way in are environmentally friendly with the toilets being flushed by bubbles!
The second set of washrooms closer to the lighthouse below are still being worked on.
And in typical Peggy’s Cove fashion, it was sunny when we arrived around 4pm and foggy by 5pm!
But it was nice to see some out of province plates in the parking lot visiting one of our province’s treasures!
Yes, it kinda looks like I have a lighthouse growing out of my head… 🙂
