The 2024 Terry Fox Run for cancer research is in the books for another year.
The one at Point Pleasant Park in Halifax that raised over $35,000. this year!

Thanks to our family and friends who helped our son Trent raise almost $1000. this year. Trent is second from the right above.
Since he started the Terry Fox run at age 5 in 2004, we figure he’s raised about $10,000. dollars over 21 runs.

I got to chat with Ryan Keeping of Halifax who just ran across Canada inspired by Terry Fox. During my interview he described his amazing journey thanking those who helped him achieve this remarkable run in 98 days.

One of his highlights was taking some water out of the Atlantic Ocean and putting it in the Pacific Ocean, what Terry dreamed of doing, so Ryan did it on behalf of his hero Terry. Ryan ended the chat saying, “Flip the switch!”
Thanks to all for helping out such a great cause.
I was honoured to be the MC once again.
To date over $800 million has been raised in Terry’s name.
See ya at the 45th next September 2025!
