The Big Ex Is Back In Bridgewater

The South Shore Exhibition starts today and runs until Saturday night.

Located on 43 acres of land in Bridgewater, The Big Ex is the largest Agricultural Exhibition in the province operating since 1891.

There is something for everyone in the family.

From good old-fashioned horse & oxen pulls, light horse competitions, show horse events, arts & crafts, to 4-H displays and competitions, beef & poultry displays, kids petting zoo, live music and performances from local groups in the Main Building, with vendors selling their wares.

The Parade is tonight, July 26, starting from the NSCC on High St. at 6 p.m.

Parade Route is as follows: Across High St, down Empire to King St., across King St. to Dufferin, up Dufferin St. to the Exhibition Grounds, where it will proceed through the Plaza B Showring.

There’s a great entertainment lineup including on Thursday, July 28th, 2022 The Men of the Deeps.

This Friday, July 29th the AC/DC- 21 Gun Salute Tribute Band.

And on Saturday, July 31st at 7 pm – The Spinney Brothers and at 9 pm Emerson Drive in concert.
