The South End Halifax Doctors Continue Christmas Light Displays

The Giacomantonio brothers Nick and Carman have lit up South end Halifax once again this year.

They started the tradition about 20 years ago to make their mother happy.

The brothers live a few doors away from one another on Connaught Avenue in Halifax and are originally from Whitney Pier, Cape Breton.

I drove by last night and took some pics after the Mooseheads win.

Their displays become more elaborate each and every year, but the two say they’re not trying to outdo one another.

It’s become a tradition for many families to visit their displays and take photos.

They’ll keep the lights on until the first week of the new year.

You can also make a donation to the Salvation Army while there.

Thanks to the Giacomantonio for making this a highlight for many over the holiday season.
