This Sunday September 21st Is The Confederation Bridge Terry Fox Run

To celebrate the 45th anniversary of The Marathon of Hope, the Confederation Bridge Terry Fox Run is set for this Sunday, September 21st!

Join in for this rare opportunity to run, walk, and stroll between Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick.

If the full 13-kilometre crossing seems like a bridge too far, choose whatever distance works for you and your teammates.

You can choose to walk, wheel, push a stroller, or run, all are welcome!

Fun fact: Terry took the ferry to PEI back in May, 1980, because the Confederation Bridge didn’t exist as it opened in 1997.

As he ran across the Island, Terry was thrilled to surpass $100,000 in funds raised AND to officially log more than 1,000 miles of his journey. (Canada wasn’t using the metric system yet, so the distance was tallied in miles.)

Registration ends this Thursday, September 18th and everyone must register, so sign up now by clicking HERE.

To date, over $950 million worldwide in Terry’s name.
